  • Move up: w or [up arrow]
  • Move down: s or [down arrow]
  • Move left: a or [left arrow]
  • Move right: d or [right arrow]
  • Return to centre: 0
  • Zoom in: = or [shift] + w or [shift] + [up arrow]
  • Zoom out: - or [shift] + s or [shift] + [down arrow]
  • Rotate clockwise: r
  • Rotate counterclockwise: R
  • Flip horizontally: f

    Servant of the Church: Sub Fonds

    Tutu's time as the first Black Anglican Dean of Johannesburg and the Rector of St Mary’s Cathedral Parish.

    General Secretary of the South African Council of Churches (1978-1984)

    Tutu's time as the General Secretary of the South African Council of Churches and his vocal opposition to apartheid.

    Bishop of Johannesburg (1985-1986)

    Tutu's appointment as the first black Bishop of Johannesburg and how he used the platform to stand against apartheid.

    Archbishop of Cape Town (1986–1996)

    Tutu's appointment as the first black Archbishop of Cape Town and his activism against apartheid and harassment by the government.
